A 50 year politician wants to enforce term limits to the Supreme Court and not the senate… Anyone else suprised
-
Term limits across the board big guy!!

All this would require a SIGNIFICANT act of Congress. It's NEVER going to happen. 😂

Coming from a guy who’s been a politician for 50 years

Just shows you how nervous they are for what’s coming😂😂

Different branch of government. Neither the executive branch nor the legiuslative branch can make changes. That's not how seperation of powers works.

I think Adam Shiff should keep his thoughts to himself!!!
-
Last gasp of a desperate man.

Gotta love when politicians are up for re election. “Free beer tomorrow” lol.

President hasn't got the power to change other branches of government.

It would take more than just Congressional approval. It fundamentally changes Article III of the Constitution of the United States of America and therefore would require the creation of a new amendment similar to the creation of the 22nd Amendment setting presidential term limits.
-
President doesn’t have power to change scotus .
-
Add term limits to Congress and we'll talk!
-
How is it defending democracy if you want to change the rules every time you lose? 🤷♂️🤷♂️
-
But he has been a politician for 50yrs.
-
Let’s go Brandon!! Another reason why you are losing!
-
he should start looking at his own miserable records and limit congress and senate to term limits first. Pending that he is coherent enough today.
-
Really??? Now??? Oh, requires congressional approval? Meaningless performance art virtue signalling.
