In this video, I talk about the relationship between philosophy and trading and how these ideas made me a profitable trader. A lot of these ideas stem from Taoism and Senneca.

  • Tao trading! From $10K to $110K that's the minimum range of profit return every week I think it's not a bad one for me, now I have enough to pay bills and take care of my family
  • If you wanna be successful, you most take responsibility for your emotions, not place the blame on others. In addition to make you feel more guilty about your faults, pointing the finger at others will only serve to increase your sense of personal accountability. There's always a risk in every investment, yet people still invest and succeed. You must look outward if you wanna be successful in life.

道德经 (tao trading), i am chinese and very glad someone actually make a video relate trading to one of the most powerful mindset in the human history, thank you
  • Don’t look for a trade, observe. You make a shit ton of money by not being worried about making a shit ton of money. Needed that! Tao Trading
  • Tao Trading. Just FYI, there’s a book called the quiet trader that had daily passages of philosophical connections to trading. Pretty cool.
  • It’s crazy how u can here this from different people but it doesn’t register but there’s always that one person that it just hits u right in the face and u understand what is actually being talked about.. thanks brotha

Exceptional video. Thank you! I also wanted to say that when I trade after drinking too much caffeine, my mindset switches from being calm to being "on edge". Caffeine makes me externally focused, more anxious, and much more prone to trading mistakes. Science tells us why... (I have a degree in psychology with an emphasis on neuroscience) Caffeine activates the stress center of the brain and lowers blood flow to the brain by about 25%. It makes us want to move faster (too much dopamine and adrenaline) while dumbing us down. These effects are dose dependent, so the more you intake, the more effect caffeine has on us. So, many will find it helpful to be careful about caffeine intake while trading. There are individual differences, so honor your own response to it. Hope this helps!
  • I’ve been making a lot of losses trying to make profit trading crypto. I thought trading on a demo account is just like trading the real market. Can anyone help me out or at least advise me on what to do?
  • : KEY LESSON : 1. Don't focus on money focus on the process. 2.every singal day that you come into the market you need be building good habits . 3.dont judge your green and red days just from P&L. 4.dont live in the past or in the future live in present . 5.wait for your A+ setup be ab observer don't rush the process. 6.reduce screen time . 7.after take some losses or wins call it a day don't take shity or random trades . ❤️❤️___HOPEFULLY THIS WILL HELP TRADERS ___❤❤

Tao Trading. Your background reminds me of that one map in BO3 lmao
  • TAO TRADING, lots of information to take in but I am living by the moment, will have to watch this again when i have the intuition to do so even though I took lots of notes. I have been through a lot of therapy and aa. This is taking the place of that because not only will Taoism and the philosophy you are dropping in this video help shift my trading, but understanding and feeling what you are saying can improve and shift my mindset as a human being. If everyone could understand life as an observer and taking situations in life as a lesson, the world would be a peaceful place. Was in tactical traders from January until you left, you drop gems every time you speak and you are changing lots of lives. I am eternally grateful for everything you say brother.
  • Made it all the way through and you have a new sub in me! I’ve been trading since the pandemic and never really found stability because of all the reasons you highlighted. I’ve taken a year off to get my mind right and produce an income that won’t make me reliant on trading. The concept of removing expectations and the need to make money isn’t foreign to me as I had to do a lot of soul searching to arrive at the same conclusion, but I loved the reinforcement from your own unique perspective. I’m finally ready to jump back in and this was my sign that I don’t need to force this comeback or strive to reach my goals. All we have to do is be consistent, observant, and willing to submit to the time the process requires🔥 Keep going man this channel is everything!
  • First time in my 21 year life that i take the time to comment a youtube video. Freaking great video man, you a real one. I appreciate you !
  • This video isn’t even about trading if your ears are open. It’s about life. Truly.
  • After buying shares for 10 years, I'm struggling to make gains presently. How can I adjust or revamp my million dollar portfolio to make profits steadily and hedge against inflation, or am I better staying off the market
  • Tao trading. This is the topic new traders need to hear even before they know what a candle is. Look forward to more of this.
  • @1focus1way
The "Striving vs Arriving" is a powerful "I AM" message. The profitable trader's stream of consciousness doesn't focus on P/L or W/L(they know that it is a by product of their daily routine); they're always managing the system with the edge in mind. The pitfalls never come because they're always visualizing the tasks that generate success, versus the emotions/ideas that create loss. Observing the day versus trying to win it.
  • @DIYerGirl
Tao trading: staying present, being an observer first. Thank you!
  • Been a fan of the late Dr. Wayne Dyer for years. His meditation audiobook where he recites the Tao is incredible . And yes, trading is very much 80% psychology and 20% skill. The stock charts are just a representation of the collective mass psychology of those who trade it. Very well done Justin.
  • Watched this twice. Perfect timing it’s exactly what I needed t hear this time, every word. Spot on. Observe, not striving, arrived, no expectations, just calm observers. I’m saving this to favorites. Thank you so much.
