Nails are one of the most important parts of your body, so it's important to take care of them. In this video, we'll show you some easy and effective tips on how to have great nails without spending a lot of time or money. We hope you'll find this video helpful and that you'll be able to achieve healthier and stronger nails in no time!

1. File nails correctly straight across square nails - Start from one of the outside corners and file toward the center. Don’t file back and forth across the entire nail tip because it can damage the nail.
Keep nails shaped and free of snags by filing with an emery board
2. Massage in a good cuticle oil
3. Remove the cuticle from the nail bed and push back gently the eponichium
4. Apply a base coat to protect the nail plate
