    Morning I took black coffee with lemon juice and boil egg and oats no rice at all. No gym jus did cardio n walk. I lost frm 70 to 57kg in 9mnts
  • Chicken breast+ salt + pepper+ turmeric + olive oil - pressure cooker for 1 whistle .U can add ginger garlic paste if needed. Once it's cooled , it will have some water left cook till it ll get absorbed . This works for us

    To steam chicken in a rice cooker, cover the steaming tray with aluminum foil, then place marinated chicken on top. Add rice and water or just water to the pot, close the lid, and cook; the steam will make the chicken tender and flavorful.

    I used to follow keto. By that time, I was taking coffee with butter replacing cow’s milk with almond milk. Stomach will be full and you won’t feel hungry for few hours. What you told are good points — eating whole fruits instead of juice — having clear soup instead of thick consistency soup that’s mixed with flour (it avoids carb intake actually) — eating proteins and fibers instead of more carb intake and drinking lots of water Overall, a well balanced diet with proper food intake and minimal exercise for beginners will definitely give a good result.

    Try marinating the chicken with more spices, there is nothing unhealthy about spices, then you can cook it in the pan, just a drop or two of olive oil, and pan fry, or you can air fry it.
