A "retrograding storm" - one moving from east to west - is backing into New England's coastline Sunday night into Monday, delivering a westward blossom of showers and even a quick dose of wind to the Cape and Islands on the backside of the storm.Β  This will leave showers for some - but not all and certainly not at all times - on Monday.Β  Matt Noyes highlights when, where and how strong for both the wind and the showers in Sunday's "Evening Essentials."

    Thanks for the update - my brothers and I would mimic the forecast on the wall as kids when we were eating dinner which irked my mom no end LOL
