Scotty likes a turbo never thought I’d see the day.
  • My favourite from Scotty was when he tested new f150 saying “Enough power to get you in and out of trouble “
  • This is the "real" review that people really need, "transparency", not some vlogger with a ton of money who speaks like everybody has an endless pocket like them and like a salesman taming you like a dumb sheep... This guy is not just explaining the excellent side, bells, and whistles but the downside as well... Love Live Scotty! This Corrupted, Manipulable, and Materialistic World needs YOU!

You’re the man Scotty. Bought my 2020 Camry brand new based on your reviews. I drive highway only Dayton-Detroit weekly. Cruise control right lane. 49.8 mpg today. Love the car!
  • Sure is a lot different than the 85 & 87 GTI's I had. 100 HP and 128 HP. Loved driving them on the Autobahns and the back roads. Only problem is my Mechanic and I had joint custody of the cars.
  • I’d trade a few tenths and a few MPGs for a manual any and every day of the week.
  • @i4Collin
I’ve got a 2015 Golf with 120k miles built on the same platform and have had 0 issues. Averaged about 24,000/year the past 3 years. The MQB cars are top tier, they really worked out the kinks before releasing them, there’s a testing video on YouTube. These cars also have a system in them that run coolant through the engine after you turn it off to cool the turbo down.
  • Don't ever leave us, Scotty---it would be a very lonely World without you.
  • Scotty is always like a kid in a candy store when he gets in a fun car!
  • These computer controlled automatics take all the skill out of driving a vehicle. Plus they are really susceptible to breakdown and very expensive to fix.
  • @derspeed5796
I’ve had several APR tuned VWs. Awesome company.
  • @silverguru
Scotty - love your videos. Nice to hear this one. Have a TDI Jetta with the aftermarket tune. Fun to drive. 44 mpg. Yes diesel. Very few problems getting to 170k. Left front wheel bearing. And my mechanic advised replacing the flywheel if I plan to drive it another ten years. I do. Fun to drive, great mileage, and the Audi’s hate it when they want me to pull over for going 85. I move right and floor it. 100 fast with the turbo. I back off and let them pass me. But I like to look at the expression on their face.

Scotty, with the way things are so crappy in the world overall......you are a gem of information on how to take care of an automobile....and as plus, you bring a smile to my face.....when you stomped on the gas pedal and turned the steering wheel to demonstrate the G-force meter display and you giggled like a kid with a new dirtbike/toy.
  • @stANIMEking
Legitimately Scotty is the cool mechanic uncle of YouTube 😂💪
  • I have a 2012 Volkswagen Passat and it has not given me one problem so far. It already has 170,000 miles and it is also pretty good on gas. I would recommend it to anyone
  • Scotty: Love your videos, As a 70-year-old “DIY” kind of guy and love things that last. I have a 2013 Toyota Tundra and my wife has a 2005 Honda Civic, each vehicle has 50k miles on them. When I bought the Tundra started using the local Toyota dealership and over time (5 years), started seeing, (the Toyota service department) was shorting me one quart of oil on every oil change and the color of the oil was darker than the Toyota W0-20 pure synthetic. Sounds like cheap bulk oil to me. I told the manager and he said he would make a note of it. Ended up buying extra quarts of Toyota oil and topped off after each oil change, switched dealership and on the first oil change was one quart low…
  • @vman333
Another great video Scotty and informative as always. I love the laughing horse inserts (and especially the kitten too) lol.
  • @michael9016
My 13 passat 2.5 was made in Tennessee. It's been a great car so far up to 153000 miles.
  • @dannyb.7219
I have a 2013 mk6 that just had its 100,000 mile birthday. Despite it being in the shop 3 separate times this year (radiator fan, spark plugs/ coil packs, intake manifold replacement), I still really really love that car.
