  • Several small drops of iodine in my Nevage 2x over 6 hours broke my covid fever and I drastically improved each day after. Not to be graphic but the snot that came out at first looked like an alien. The first day I did it 3x a day each day after 2x a day for 10 days. Totally fine with no long covid. Earlier you get on it the better.

I did this right away... I used a small bit of peroxide in the water with the saline mix.. my symptoms went away in a couple days and I got my taste and smell back shortly after... I am not vaccinated in case you were curious...

I wonder if colloidal silver could also be beneficial as a potential viracidal when used as a nasal spray

I am a hydrogen peroxide nut. I nubilizered it in my 4th week of covid I just had a lingering tickle cough. It disappear instantly.

Part of my morning routine... I make my own saline solution... no Covid-19 here

Have covid. Did some nasal rinsing today and wow what a difference. Wish I had started on day 1 instead of day 8...just made a homemade rinse. Gonna start rinsing at least 3 times a day. Also my rapid test is clearing up just a light pink after rinsing. Before it was a medium red.

at 1 minute - "The other group took 1/2 teaspoon of 2.5 milliliters of a 10 percent iodine solution". That's confused me. Exactly how much of a 10 percent iodine solution should I be adding to my navage?
  • Great videos. I've been using the NeilMed system for at least 20 years now. I did this to alleviate nasal issue relative to seasonal allergies. I haven't kept statistics, but I found a rinse or two a day, has effectively reduced the occurrence of my upper respiratory problems. I'm just now hearing about adding Povidone-Iodine to the rinse. I am just recovering from a (quite rare) bad cold but will modify my solution going forward. Cheap and simple! Thanx, Doc, I will update this page with any perceived impact.

Are there any updated studies on this treatment method? Especially for Omicron, for which it should be more effective since it stays more in the upper respiratory.
  • @karlx.1224
Desde que inicio la pandemia use solucion spray salina para mis fosas nasales, todos los días, voy usandolo 3 años y no me infecte, ni tuve ningún resfriado
  • Hey Doc, any new developments on nasal rinsing since this was published? What about the baby soap method?
  • @johna1439
Just had Covid. Day 1 & 2 fever, headache and elevated heart rate. Tested positive on day 2 and used my bottle of Sanotize Enovid (nitric oxide gas). By end of day 3, i was symptom free. Day 4 i’m using my neti pot to “flush” and come across this video. Could have saved a few bucks and used my neti pot but doubt it’s as effective as nitric oxide. regardless, this is actually life saving treatment right here folks. great video
  • @kpete27
Great video! ...except for pushing the vaccine, I completely agree and recommend NeilMed sinus rinses to all my respiratory viral infection patients - including SARS-COV-2! Thank you
  • @timm285
YouTube is going to shut this video down. Too much common sense.
  • Thanks for the video, I was reading about it before, and my question is, can we just rub salt inside the nose?
  • @AG-iu9lv
Please cite the study! Edit: didn't catch on first watch that it was still under peer review.
  • @berenisse1000
Currently having that shitty virus and is the worst sinus ever!
