It is so much easier to keep up a healthy diet with Zepbound (eat less carbohydrates and sugar). And fortunately I am already exercising regularly. So Zepbound is helping me tremendously. About the cost: there are cheaper generics available. But make sure to have them checked by an independent laboratory. Using cheaper generics will very well save you the same amount on food cost.
