As someone who spent many summers on the Chattahoochee tubing....nothing is worse than a group of drunken tubers.

If this same group was attacking a cop, this would have been hands down self defense, and investigated from another perspective.

Apple river has a long history of drunken fights. My friends and I narrowly escaped a situation on that river when we were young. Never went back. To many crazy people
