    I love your channel for all your soups. This is exactly how I make my tomato soup...almost. I don't add arrow root powder or corn starch, but roast few cashews and grind with tomatoes. It will be creamy and somehow I think it is healthier. I don't know. Please correct me if adding cashews is not healthier than corn starch or arrow root.
