These poor folks have it rough and survive any way they can. I feel sorry for them but at the same time can't help them. Without the PHD, they will continue to suffer, it's sad...

It's becoming the same on Vancouver Island. Street people from all over Canada are coming here and camping in the bush. Would you rather overwinter in Thunder Bay or in Victoria? Live on the street in Buffalo or in Florida...not a hard decision.

When I go visit my mother down there in Florida, see those homeless out begging we don’t have any around here

Call me crazy, but if they're not making a nuisance of themselves, keeping things neat and clean, not doing drugs or public intoxication, I'd leave them alone.
