I agree it it is not overcharged then a blockage at the orifice would be the next culprit, I believe that system just has a low pressure switch so it doesn't shut down the compressor.

I have some AC issues, but I an just going to have to live with them for now.

Your problems have always been with the back so . . . I like your theory of the newly installed evaporator in the back may have a blockage. 😊

Shop told me my condenser fan was bad, changed it. Ac clutch was worn so I replaced it now the clutch refuses to engage so I put the old one back (which worked but slipped) now it won't work.

Maybe blow the line out with high pressure air?
