    I have made this hundreds of times. I have found that once you put the bottom layer of the crescent rolls in, that if you back that for 5-10 minutes before you put the cream cheese mixture in that the bottom isn't as prone to being soggy.

    So delicious! I found this recipe in an old “Pillsbury Bake-Off” cookbook decades ago, and have made it too many times to count. Always a treat, and have never received anything but compliments.

  • I have seen Pillsbury cinnamon rolls rolled out flat to make pie crust. I would be tempted to do that also.
