I'll update this comment if Devs update something or mistakes in video -In Phase 12 PTS: Devs improved Kenworth W990 stock tires, It's now equivilent to Pacific P512. They also improved it's balance, However they still didn't fixed the weird wide stance, I guess it's the intentional looks for trucks and scouts now. - In same PTS JAT OMD tires also got buff now they should perform similar to UOD tires.

JAT Pack was the best opportunity to add spiked wheels to Snowrunner but devs wasted this chance

I’v been waiting for your review of this dlc. It’s a really satisfying and nice video. Thank you always for the good videos! 🎉

I don't like that devs have increased the distance between the wheels of some trucks, now they look out of proportion strange

i really like how passionate you are about SR

It was pretty cool to see scouts not using the Chevy rims specifically on Russia scouts

This is sort of the conclusion I came to as well. It seems like the scout tires are just flat out huge buffs and the super heavy mud tires as well since they are wider and the 3rd wheel set gives a solid bump to off road traction while on sacrificing .1 bud rating (2.0 dirt - 3.1 mud). It just seems like OHD1s are still the go to if the truck has them or for the taygas I still like the big balloon tires for stability and floaty ability. I love the new tires for the Kenny 963 but I sort of wish there were more for the regular muds like for the derry special. That thing is one of my favorite trucks but just so tippy sometimes. Kind of wish those special trucks had special tires that were flat out the best for it

Thanks for the video. It helps to understand if DLC is worth buying

@sd1one great review as always! I just noticed one small error at @5:37 you have the second tire listed as MSH II, when it is the MHS II, huge difference between those two tires as you know. :)

Thanks, I like your SR videos! :)
  • Honestly, I'm just amazed they actually added more rim options. I'm probably going to get that DLC just for the rims (better scout tires are a bonus). I've been wanting more choices for rims for AGES. Kenworth seems eh. Probably won't get it, but this game has a way of making me buy the DLCs for it, even though I don't play the game anywhere near as much as I should.
  • Was looking for your video on this yesterday. No wonder I couldn’t find it 😂
  • I'll probably give that Kenworth a go on the highway haulin pack . Good looking truck. I think snowrunner has about run its course. I could be wrong though.
  • @demoths
    FINALLY some different tires 😍

So, a few more words. All the heavy tires (ATHD, OHD, MHS, MSH) and scout tires are available from level 1 (which is a bug). I thought UOD II, OHS II and OHD I would be still the best, thanks for proving it. However, JAT OMD I is a good replacement for UOD I that I had on my highway trucks. MMDs are cool. OMS - I love the idea of making them a separate type of tire instead of UOD singles, like it was done on so many trucks. JAT MHS are a great addition for all those trucks that only had MHS I/DMHS. Finally, a boost after all these years! I kept them with OHS II so far... The thing I hate the most about the new tires - they all look the same. It's easy to distinguish the UODs from old OHDs, however, the new OMS, OMD, OHS and OHD have the same thread pattern! what a nightmare! also MMDs and new MHS look the same.
