Following university, Ben became interested in spiritual practices and therapy. Around six years ago, he was inspired by the teachings of Sadguru, Mooji and Rupert Spira.
More recently, he has gained knowledge about the dualistic realm and how to remain free from the energetic implications of the personal mode of experience.

    I have a question. Can sending out intentions to the Universe cause energetic compromise and hinder our progression towards perception of our Infinite Nature? To me the idea of Reality Creation was appealing but it sometimes caused me to regress in my understanding of Truth and to have negative experiences.
