Walking in the historic bazaar of Kahramanmaraş (Kahramanmarash),

Kahramanmaraş (also referred as it's old name Maraş) is a city located in Turkey which is famous with it's special ice cream. Kahramanmaraş's ice cream is a well known taste in Turkey and can be found in most of the touristic cities but the original taste only can be found in Kahramanmaraş.

In this video we walked in the Grand Bazaar. It's history is dating back to Ottoman era. As a result of that, still some sellers are clothed like Ottoman people. But that doesn't mean everything is in this bazaar dating back to Ottoman era. You can find everything from spices, clothing, jewelery to toys, musical equipment, copper houseware and more.

    A very nice little tour of one of the oldest covered bazaars still operating with it's mosque complex in Turkey. This bazaar is from the Selcuk period.
