I was settling down into meditation and this phrase the answer is within floated across my mind and with that also came the 3 reasons you don’t know your answers from within.

    Yeah it kind of frustrates me when I hear people say that the answers are within. Because when I do meditate, I quite my mind and I don't ever get answers coming in meditation, even when I ask a question before hand. Not sure what I am doing wrong. There must be a way to get the answers to come in meditation if the answers are within. It seems like such a pain trying to get the answers within. That is one of the reasons I search for the answers in the world.
