  • Taking money off millions of pensioners, she should be ashamed of herself
  • @MM.-qo7pk
Thank you Rachel Reeves for giving a great speech that has sent chills down the opposition party. Introducing a Covid corruption officer/enquiry task force to recover those illegal contracts given to business friends or members who paid the highest donation fees or for financial favors! Also, a new focus on value for money, great idea! Thank you Labour for reaching out to the public!

Also I’m glad the public finances are also being taken seriously. She’s also giving the tories a right kicking

Just a quick query on the internet puts the cost of illegal immigration to this country of £14 billion!!! There's your cost saving, not on pensioners who have paid their national insurance dues. For god's sake.

Pick on the bloody pensioners! Easy when your on £90k a year!!

7.1 Billion plus to Ukraine in Arms. Money for Syria £77 Million, Yemen £87 Million, Afganistan £100 Million, Ethiopia £89 Million, Somalia £90 Million and a further £228 Million for Ukraine in 2023 to 2024. Add to that 2.5 Billion to House illegals in Hotels. Nice to see Why They Need to Cut Fuel Payments for Pensioners
  • Labour good at accusing Conservative yet Labour is bankrupt. This was the worst statement ever. Ruthless Reeves.£11,350 a year! That’s all you need to lose Winter Fuel Payment under Labour Chancellor Rachel Reeves' shock decision to axe the Winter Fuel Payment for millions of pensioners is only the start as Labour unleashes intergenerational warfare. I’m so glad labour are finally doing serious and important work where the tories seem to have done nothing to root out abuse and violence
  • I really would like to know the truth, not opposition denial faces
  • @chrisanstis
like to know where she is going to the money from to pay this big pay rise
  • @Tom_murray89
As well as that the tories have lost the tag of the party of prudence in my opinion
  • @derekwhyle1884
I’m a pensioner who has lost his winter fuel payment. I don’t mind if it’s part of a bigger plan but, the budget had damned well better include measures to take an equivalent amount of income off the rich or this will be a one term government.
  • @pcat1672
Why are we paying for the reckless Tories. It’s not our fault!!

And this from a woman who before the were voted in ..was quoted as saying that she thought Enior citizens were quite well off in the UK ...what a Judas ...and for all of those who voted for Labour ...you will reap what you sow ...this is only the beginning ...the Labour Party for 'the people' or for the bone idle and workshy ...the honeymoon period is over !!!!

Yet another useless debate...Talking tough won't solve nothing until we stop foreign criminals invading our country where mostly young men coming here are from countries that treat women and girls like second class citizens and have hardly no rights ..The UK has already parts of the courts that in areas have sharia law courts I. Use just shows how backward the UK has become and action not hot air is the only way .Labour will just appease at every opportunity
