About the new Patient Zero Campaign:
After the routine elimination of a target, a contingency plan to unleash a global pandemic is triggered and Agent 47 must race against the clock to prevent a virus from spreading. This four-mission campaign spans different locations in the game, each one re-worked from the original settings with new gameplay opportunities, disguises, characters, challenges, gameplay mechanics, AI behaviour and HUD elements. Bangkok, Sapienza, Colorado and Hokkaido look and feel completely different with a new time of day and new custom music created by the composer for Season One, Niels Bye Nielsen.

Hitman 3 legacy note: This method no longer works, at 2:07 there's a security guard right next to the biohazard entrance.

If you came across that patched guard like I did, get the static hazmat guy to come into the bathroom take him out put in the toilet rooms doesn’t matter which just make sure ur not in the one w the body because once you get that guy drop ur weapon in the bathroom and get the patrolling hazmat to see it he’ll bring the guard to you take him out and continue as normal, also they’ll be some guys at the mountain exit they will both be looking at away from the exit if you took ur time if not save before u go up there just in case and wait it out then ur finished
