Fallout 4 - Coastal Cottage Settlement Build Tour

This is a Minuteman protected farming and trading settlement. The cottage ruins have been patched up and converted into two homes on the ground and first floors, along with a power armour workshop and storage room built into the small cave. The garage has been made into an additional workshop space with a covered market area featuring an Armour and Weapon trader stalls, and around the back of this is a small chem shack, patio and a covered seating area.
The cliff edge has been fortified and features two settler houses, a bar and restaurant, along with a small clinic and general trader. The rear of the settle has an additional settler house, scrapyard, and a covered work area to house the settlements main generator and scavenging station.
Have always struggled to build at this settlement, and after three attempts in this playthrough have finally come up with something I am happy with. I had planned to use the trailer from the flatbed truck but found settlers could not path over it, and sadly also had to scrap some tree clusters with were also causing pathing issues (in fact had quite a few pathing issues in this build which caused some delays).
Overall though really please with how this ended up, and happy to finally finally cross this settlement off my building list 😀

Coastal Cottage is one of the hardest settlements to work with and yet you have come out on top and built an amazing settling. Keep up the great work!

Brilliant idea and building plan you came up! It was such an enjoyment to watch you forge this lovely hillside settlement. 🥰 I remember this settlement was a real pain to make it right, and that was before many building mods we can download now. That deep hole gave me plenty of headache to work around lol
