Any former track athletes here? 400M dash is a warrior's race. Your legs are jello, you can't feel your arms, and your lungs are on fire by the final turn. That last 100M is grueling. Quincy Hall, you are a true warrior, a king, and a gold medalist. Man... when I saw Quincy's face at the 300M mark, I thought he may had gone too hard/too fast/too early, but the field faded and he dug deep and found that magic for the final 50M. One of most fun races in all of track and field. I can't wait for the 4x400M relay. USA-USA-USA !!!!!!

The 400m finals 2024 was one of the BEST moments of the olympics. It's amazing how much Quincy wanted that. He is such a great athlete, now one of my favorites for that performance💪
