Deer shed their antlers every year, so the antlers on the wall aren't as dark as you'd think. It's more like saving a cut off length of hair (which they used to do in the Victorian era quite often. They would braid the hair and keep it with a photograph of the person as a memento, and others used their own cut hair and broken strands from brushing to make hair bumps to help with certain hairstyles).

A tad American McGee's Alice vibes, with that "uhh breast augmentation" (Trixie;o) ) system reminiscent of Agent Alpha in the MIB series or Naraku from Inuyasha in a metroidvania-esque ringworld rpg like Odin's Sphere... my backlog is aching^^ Recommend Unwanted undead adventurer and Mary Shelley's Frankenhole.
