5:22 Yeah man, just blanch that asparagus in a little bit of water and lemon (or lime) juice and salt, then grill or bake them. But that lamb is indeed perfectly cooked. I'm a man from 1979, so on the verge of both Generation X and Y, but it got me hot! ;-)
