    Most people won't be able to afford a mortgage with 0% interest. Homes are just way too expensive.

    hahahaha "effect", hard to take seriously stories with headlines that are grammatically incorrect. EDIT: 1:30 "ree-li-tor"? EDIT 2 - 1:45 It's ALWAYS a great time to get in the market, when you're talking with someone whose employment depends on you doing so. EDIT 3 - 3:20 "It is a GREAT time to move into the market" - the average detached house price in Vancouver is now $2,343,282. Average. This is more than 30 times the annual income of a Vancouver resident, before taxes.

    he he he......untill the interest rates are cut down by another 250-300 Basis points NO ONE WILL COME INTO HOUSING especially with TAXES on Capital gains and other Tax measures making Real estate investment a LIABILITY thank asset!!!....Investing in other countries makes sense than Getting trapped into Canadian Housing market
