Dapat may ma sample an dito hindi lang yung cadete ang makasuhan ng criminal dapat pati mga tangang opisyal at buong pamunuan ng academy para hindi na pamarisan ng ibang papalit n opisyal na magtanga tangahan ulit kasi hindi nman sila nakakasuhan ang mga kadete lang. Command responsibility din nila ito.

Ayaw gamitin ang salitang hazing kundi maltreatment dahil under the law of hazing the superior is also held liable for hazing by virtue of his command responsibility. Whereas, in maltreatment only those who directly participated in such crime are held liable. So it's obvious na nagko cover up pa din ang academy.

Why are they training the PMA cadets to tolerate illegal actions and obey unlawful orders of their upper classmen? BGen Arevalo in PMA claiming ignorance of Anti Hazing Law? How can they take preventive measures if they do not even know the law prohibiting hazing?. The PMA ought to me proactive instead of waiting for someone to die and react to it . why maltreatment instead of murder or homicide? The PMA is trying to use euphemism to lessen the impact of the crime.??

This is not a question whether the victim is unstable or unstable after the hazing, survived the hazing or not. The big question is the necessity of hazing.
