12:58 The best part about the moon thing is, at that point in the story, no one knew who Shadow the Hedgehog was. Everyone thought it was Sonic doing the damage. So, imagine a drunk dude hijacking your TV, ranting about someone you've never heard of before, and then proceeding to blow up the moon.
