never go straight head on against all-aspect missile carriers, go a bit to the side to flare with rockets. it's much easier. Su-25 and MiG-21S could easily beat J32B, just let Su-25 dogfight and MiG-21S third party(by boom n zoom), but we know how most premium players play.
As for J32B itself, in a nutshell: feels competitive until you face a MiG-19
