Lost my adjusting keys and instructions. A 7/32 allen wrench and this video made it easy without having to buy replacement parts. Thanks!

My belt has fabric under it and it’s coming out of it like clothes strands if u pull it it keeps going until who t shirt is decomposed to just fibers
  • Hey, not sure if you are still replying to comments here but I am a bit desperate! I have lost the included HEX that comes with the treadmill and none of my hex key from my kit fit in the bolts to adjust the walking belt. Do you have a sense of what size of key they are providing with the product? Thanks!

Where are you located? I need the same exact thing done to mine. None of my l trenches fit inside. I have a a proform 705 trainer.

Is walking on a treadmill as good as walking outside?

With all the work you've being doing over the past few months, I'm sure you don't get to spend much time on the treadmill. Good review.

Thanks, but none of my allen wrenches will turn the damn bolts.

this is a wrong approach to align the belt. I followed this one to loose the belt and centered it. but later I could not let the belt keep in the center position when I make it tight. it took me two hours utill I found other video. you should just need to adjust one side screw and let the roller adjust the belt by running.
