    After getting a diploma in Food Technology, I would say I eat less processed food than ever before. Even the tomatoes at the store are a lie and contain half the lycopene as tomatoes you can grow at home . Macros are not as important as the ingredients list, and most of the "other" ingredients change our gut microbes and interferes with normal digestion and body function. I am extremely picky when I shop because its the processed food that is predominantly linked to obesity.

    Those Kirkland bars are actually (supposedly) keto friendly: the carbs are mostly fiber and sugar alcohols. However some keto people do have issues with the ingredients 🤷‍♀️

    Have you heard of reverse dieting? Basically it's being at maintenance for a couple weeks of the month to keep your metabolism healthy. Being in a deficit too long could theoretically damage your metabolism
