  • I'm not your usual demographic (my one child is 38), and our lives are wildly different from each other's, but I really enjoy your content! The fact that you are sometimes hilarious is a bonus. :)
  • I’m a single DAD and I enjoy it. 😁 You help me more than you know with your recipes. So, thank you Jamerrill.
  • @tardismole
It's not just mums who enjoy this content. Unless I'm the only dad here? I raised eleven, mostly alone, with various food-related health issues. Diabetes, gluten-free, wheat intollerance, dairy intolerance and allergies. Every family is different and these large meal ideas keep me sane and functioning. I've never cooked brisket, but I am feeling confident about trying it.
  • I’m 71 years old and my children and grandchildren are doing their own thing. I LOVE to watch your videos. Your energy fascinates me and I know you are showing real life at you our house. I love that there is grace for yourself and everyone else!
  • You look stunning... loving the new found you. I felt it was time you put momma first and you can't look after people properly until you look after yourself. Well done
  • Hi Jamerril, just wanted to share my journey since October 2024. I also had adrenal fatigue, high inflammation etc. I initially went Keto to help me, I then came across a few Drs on YouTube and took the decision to go Carnivore for an elimination diet, I am able to tolerate grass fed butter which I whip into my coffee, beef, lamb and turkey - yumm. So far so good, my inflammation is down, my diabetes is better controlled (still on insulin at the moment, but a lot less), my blood pressure is amazing and we have halved my meds. I am no longer dependant on twice a day carers - in fact I have no carers anymore - which is a huge win for me. Not a huge amount of weight loss yet but I am much, much healthier. Planning on starting movement next month to help with the weight loss once my Dr says yes to me starting it. Good luck on your journey I hope you have as much success as I have - mainly good days mentally and physically - yeah x
  • "Do people enjoy this kind of content?" Cracked me up!! Yes yes we do child that looks like Jammerill 😂 I love these videos❤️❤️
  • I have celiac disease and eat totally gluten free. What has helped me with inflammation is the AIP diet. This diet takes all foods that cause inflammation out. It's a tough diet to follow but makes me feel so much better. Hope you start feeling better. Love your channel and you inspire me.
  • Gluten and dairy free girl here. It’s very difficult in the beginning but has been so worth it now that I’m 5 years in. My energy was low, my tummy sick and anxiety/stress high. You’re a great Mom! Keep up the great work ! You’ve got this! 😊
  • @319roxanne
I have to say that you are more organized and together than I think you have ever been. You know what is more important and you stick to that. You don’t need all of that other stuff. Great job!
  • My chiropractor told me gluten is the enemy of nerve endings. So you’re doing the right thing listening to your doctor and lab results.
  • I was having so many issues with inflammation, especially in my hands and feet, that my doctor also guided me on an elimination diet. I used the Whole 30 program and actually stayed on it for 60 days before I started adding things back into my diet. My culprits turned out to be sugar, dairy and gluten. Not gonna lie, it was a difficult 60 days and I STILL miss ice cream and my mom’s pumpkin pie😢 Having been pretty much sugar, dairy and gluten free for 6 years now, I can say the inflammation is virtually gone and I feel great.
  • I love your “ Head Coach “ approach - finding a good local Doctor is so great .
  • Not just moms enjoy this content! Im 28, no kids, just cats but I find you so relaxing, and I love the logistics of making food and taking care of a family as big as yours, truly a fan!!!
  • Jamerrill, I will tell you that artificial sweeteners cause me a world of pain and inflammation. I used to drink two diet Dr. Peppers a day, and my knees always hurt. It wasn't until I quit (because of the pain, and trying to find what would help it), that I found it was the artificial sweeteners. You can get used to black coffee and plain tea, both of which are actually very good for you. I actually love both now! Prayers for you and trying to find the key to your inflammation.
  • Scientists are learning so much every day about how much stress really does affect the body physically and it’s astounding how many body parts stress attacks. Sending love 🙏
  • Just said to my beloved how proud I am of “my gal, Jammerill’s” progress. Keep going, we’re here for you. Since everyone is sharing, I am a 64 yr old childless woman. I love hearing your kiddos in the background and enjoy your genuineness. Thank you. ❤
  • Without you knowing, you are inspiring and helping so many ladies ❤ Thank you to our sweet Jamerrill ❤ sending love your way!
  • First off, thank you for sharing about your health. I know it had to be hard. I’ve faced some pretty significant health challenges myself in past year and I’ve been selective about who I’ve shared with and what I’ve shared. To be honest, I almost died. I went from having a medical team of just a PCP to now working with an endocrinologist, neurologist, vascular surgeon, glaucoma specialist and PTs. I’ve learned to get through all this I need to be my own quarterback. I suspect you’re facing the same challenge plus being mother and primary supporter to your kids. That’s so much especially with such huge life changes. Give yourself space to take on the health issues. I encourage you to document how you feel physically and emotionally at the beginning and end of each day. Your “data” from documenting your health is as valuable as any bloodwork, CT, X-ray or MRI. Make sure you share it with the members of your care team and if they diminish what you’ve shared, reevaluate them as a member of your team. You are the quarterback again. It’s you that will get you over the goal line in the months and years ahead. Be well. Be strong. Trust in yourself and continue to push forward. One thing I constantly tell myself is that when it comes to my health and life, I can’t change the past but I can absolutely change my future.
  • Oh no! The cricket has made it to your kitchen!! And YES, lil ppl that look like Jamerrill we LOVE content like this!
