Mindset: stop panicking Any test is ace able Treat it like a game.keep playing . 2.Setting goals and deadlines Parkinson's law:Not an entire day for studying Block Maximum 2hours for a exam . 3.Create a google doc, organize notes. 4.Seperate google doc and write questions 5.Past practice question papers on quizlet 6.Read ur study notes 5-10 mins before u sleep. Think that ur reading ur fvrt book not just notes 7.Dont oveeat Relax ur brain . Drink water 🌊 Now Bloom💗☃️❄

Unfortunately I'm struggling with severe depression and anxiety and am currently on a sick leave from my Computer Science studies, but I'm really trying to set myself up for success so that I can put the energy and effort into my studies that I want to and long for the ability to do.
