in the vid a driver does an illegal bypass and then notices that the car he bypassed had a cam. he gets out and asks the driver to get rid of the film. the cam. car driver refuses and the first runs back to his car planning to bring a pipe to use to hit the cam. car driver. at which point the cam. car driver, who is a police volunteer, pulls out his gun and at gun point dis arms the raging driver. later the raging driver got judged to do community service because of this vid.
