120g butter chopped

Just made this. MOG! AWESOME! I used largest eggs and possibly the most awesome lemons. 4 jars of 250 ml. I am not a fan of sweet things but this recipe is fantastic. Remember to have bowl inside hot water all the way or it takes 10 min + 5 min until it starts to thicken.

Top tip Blitz up your sugar and zest in the food processor ,makes the sugar better with the lemon oil from the zest...
