Games like these do not come around very often, but it is really a treat when they do. I don't think I ever would have given this a second thought, had I merely seen it advertised on Steam or the like. The passion that went into this project was evident from the very beginning, and the story was especially charming.

Just finished rewatching this last episode. WOW. This has to be my favorite series I’ve watched of yours or really anyone else. It was so beautiful. Thank you again Alieann for doing this videos it’s honestly been such a comfort for me as I’ve struggled through law school (graduating in two weeks now :)) but anywayyyy my thought analysis on the ending. Honestly I don’t know why but I thought the fedora was like not gonna make it and sink again so it was cool to see that positive ending even if we don’t know if they make it back. Even though it’s terrifying for Harold to stay it’s a perfect ending to his character arch. Going from just kind of people pleasing and living not really for yourself to then being able to make a decision like that and make it so confidently and him discovering love (whether platonic or not who really knows 😂) with Weeoo and deciding she is worth staying for. I will def be dissecting the crack fever dream for a while there was so much there I honestly thought they had both died and that was like purgatory or something esp with Harold falling continuously but I’m happy they made it back out of the crack and were alive omg. Also random side note maybe I read too much into it but with Sonny… I felt like her and Harold were connecting again and maybe Harold felt something, and I felt like his advice to her was trying to maybe unconsciously poke at if she would ever really see him as a priority or passion over the workaholic stuff but she never seemed to really get it and Harold finally accepted that’s Sonny and that’s who she’s always going to be. Plus… let’s be honest she didn’t stand a chance against Weeoo😂 but anyway what a deep philosophical game with so many messages and told through literal art I mean. Favorite game of the year hands down!!!!!🎉❤
  • They did such a good job capturing that surreal feeling of saying goodbye to someone you know you won't see again. The way you take in every single little detail as you move away. The inevitability. Spoiler: oops, should have waited for the scene to end, haha
