I believe the bird holder might be for veterinary use? I remember quite a few times I saw people trying to rescue hurt pidgeons on the street and they struggle a lot while being handled, a device like that would be helpful. But I never had to handle a bird myself and I’m not a bird specialist, so don’t quote me on that
