TJ Combo! He is the best defense fighter due to him having charging attacks like his Rolling Punch. Of course his only issue is that he can't use or shoot projectiles but he sure can dodge and counterattack with them.

Combo is considered A-Tier for me! I think there are others better than him.

    It's graphics were so good for the time (1995), but because it was too easy, it got panned pretty quickly by serious arcaders who went back to SF and Tekken
