Chief Thunder is a fan favorite of mine. He's kinda easy to play with and he's a huge powerhouse. Sadly though, idk to go over 12-13 hits with his linker. I got nothing much to say except he's probably good for beginners.

A-Tier for me.

    This is unlocking an extra layer of core memory for me. I only ever played and owned the snes port. I didn’t realize all the extra animations and sound bytes that went with this.
