Snatched Sole F60 for just a little over $100 in a practically brand new condition. Took it all apart for easier transportation and needed some help with tensioning the belts. I've been subscribed to RJ for years and yet not surprised to find that he has videos for exactly what I need. Thank you!

Very well done. Did my belt in about 90 minutes start to finish - so not super fast but I took my time and watched directions closely and it is back to running perfectly. Bought my belt from Treadmill Doctors, on-line, and it came in 2 days. Thanks for posting this video, I would have been lost without it.

your three videos on how to fix the loose treadmill belt were very helpful, I haven't yet tried them but I get the feeling it should be more or less similar

Thanks RJ I have a sole F83,I replaced the walking belt and drive belt, your video was so clear I did not have a hard time at all doing the repair. Thanks again very much.

This video just saved me $200+. Thank you for the insight, and straight forward instructions! I do not have a Sole Treadmill, but I have a LifeSpan TR4000i. Almost everything was the same, and I was able to figure out anything that was slightly different. I appreciate your time and effort!

Thanks RJ. I used this technique on my Xterra treadmill and it worked. Both models appear to be very similar. However, the replacement belt would not fit in exact same as before so I had to move the motor a bit closer and also because of this, I had to re- align the front roller shaft by loosening the belt tightening screws completely and then adjust the distance and finally loosen both side belt tension Allen screws again, Centered the belt and kept working on each side in steps. Initially 5 turns and then start the treadmill at 0.5 mph, then increase it gradually to 2mph..... and see if the belt drifted. Once stable, I walked on it and if the belt slipped, kept on tightening 1/4 turn on each side till such time the belt worked perfectly at 3mph. I did not try to run at higher speeds but I guess, if it does not slip at 3mph, it is pretty good and by chance it does at higher speeds...... now I know what to do..... all thanks to you. 😜

Thank you! You just made replacing my drive belt ridiculously easy 🙂 You rock!!

Excellent video! It allayed all my fears about doing this job. I also appreciate you letting us know exactly what tool and size is needed at each step. Every instructional video on YouTube should be as clear and beneficial as this!

Lining up to replace this belt on a new to me F80. Very clearly explained. Thank you!

Just replaced the drive belt on my Sole S77 today using this video...thanks so much!

Fantastic video. My husband and I replaced the belt and followed your excellent video the entire way. It’s up and running and super quiet now. Sole provided the new belt under warranty but their PDF instructions were pitiful and incorrect in one paragraph! 👏🏻👍🏻😊

Your video was very helpful in replacing the drive belt for my Sole F63 treadmill. Thanks.

So easy!! Thank you for this video. I followed your demonstration and just adjusted the belt...now works perfectly, no more slipping. Would never have thought it would be so easy. Awesome!

Very useful video. Thank you for all details. Just watched it to figure how to replace the belt on my F83. Motor was quite stuck in a place after 16y of use so needed to give it a strong pull up on belt side to “unstuck” it 😃

RJ, would you care to advise if a treadmill with 2.75 HP is sufficient for low intensity workout i.e. walking with a maximum of 4.0 MPH
