LEGO Harry Potter Is Still Awesome (10 Years Later)

This game deserves another remake like Lego Star Wars the Skywalker Saga

Years 1-4 is one of my favorite LEGO games of all time. Hogwarts castle is so alive, and I still to this day feel the same magic exploring it that I did when I was young. There’s something about it that’s so comfortable. There’s so much charm in every little secret.

I remember loving Years 1-4, waiting desperately for 5-7 to come out, and being so excited when I saw the first trailer for 5-7.

Even if they were trying to make it less severe, I forgot how lethal and sad this game actually made some deaths. Lego Games now don't even show "deaths". It either happens off screen or they get knocked out.

Saw this video and immediately went to buy Lego Harry Potter on PS4 (perfect timing too cause it's on sale for $4!!) and this game will absolutely tide me over until Hogwarts Legacy comes out

What an amazing game. I remember when I was younger I beat the 2nd lego harry potter game in 2 days. I love the new channel look as well! It really brings a really cool looking aesthetic to the channel!

I got this game on sale on the Nintendo switch store in 2020 when I was doing school from home due to covid and having this game made me feel a lot better and gave me something to do after I finished my school assignments and I still play it because Lego Harry Potter will always have a special place in my heart ❤

Bought it for my step daughter, found myself playing aswell, even stared my own career. Good fun. Im going for a 100% play through or as close as i can get.

The water spell combined with the flames would freeze our Wii every time we played. Made it quick and dirty levels to play, but the frustration it caused me and my brothers was immense.

I can’t wait for hogwarts legacy so I might pick up these games to tide myself over

This is the only game I got so much nostalgia from playing it again, that it was almost euphoric

I really hope TT Games remasters more older lego games, I didn't get into lego games until the PS4 so I missed out on an entire generation of lego games which aren't cheap today. Lego Batman, Indiana Jones and The Lord of the Rings are my most wanted remasters.

I adored this game and still do! I bought the switch collection just to re-experience these games and I had a damn blast

as a potterhead, this game is actually amazing for me. I love it so much and I love that its not just like a few levels but its like different years. Im on the 4th year rn. I really really hope this game gets a remake like The Skywalker saga where the characters speak, the graphics are better and just a better game. Althought I really love this. I also really hope they have less humor if they ever make a remake. Cus litterally my fav character in hp is Cedric and I did not expect them to do the character deaths like that. I wish they just didnt make EVERYTHING humor. Dumbledore's death, Cedric's death, Snape's death, I just really want them to make it more serious on the deaths atleast. I dont even know if this exist in the game but I want there to be a thing where if you are like a dark wizard, you can use Avada Kedavra. Again, I dont know if this exist there but I hope it does

Played this on pc like 6 years ago and decided to redownload it on pc and it didnt look as good as i remember lmao but the remastered collection on ps5 was only $4 so i picked it up and getting back into it. SO fun! The spells are perfect for unlocking different puzzles. Its the best lego games imo. Definitely nice to hold me over until hogwarts legacy!

I remember this on my wii. I one day after beating the game going on a rampage of killing the npcs. The next time I logged in on it no one was there in all of the locations. It was scary for my first grade self
