2. Hypertension-helps vasodilation of blood vessels and relax smooth muscles of the blood vessel.

I always have to laugh when these videos say to consult your physician first. Most physicians don't have a clue about supplements. They barely cover the topic in med school.

I’ve been taking this for about a year and I had my A1C checked last week and it is now 5.6! It started out at 6.4 and my Dr wanted to put me on Metformin but I refused. I explained what I wanted to do and he was very supportive. I am so excited! I am no longer a pre-diabetic!
  • Most doctors don’t want to hear about supplements because there is no money in it for them
  • Been taking it for 4 years, zero problems. Reversed non alcoholic fatty liver disease with diet changes combined.

I have been taking this for three months. After two weeks I noticed that I didn't have carb cravings anymore. It was like a miracle. From there I was able to tackle some behaviors. Down 10 since June. Only 100 more to go but now I know I can do this with intermittent fasting and go all the way this time.

I went from having horrible menstrual to barely noticing I was having one. It works! God is good!🎉
  • The majority of physicians I know don't even want to hear the word supplement. If big pharma's objective is keeping us sick, I guess this reaction explains it quite explicitly. Thanks for this information
  • Every one of those benefits are related to one thing, and that is the decrease in insulin resistance. In other words, berberine, Lowers fasting glucose and hemoglobin A1c because it decreases insulin resistance. Berberine improves lipids because it decreases insulin resistance. Berberine improves PCOS because it decreases insulin resistance. So on and so forth.

I lost 40 lbs in 2 months. It reduced my appetite, and I did not crave sweets. I expect FDA to swoop in and make berberine prescription - it is so effective. Other than loss of appetite, there were no uncomfortable side effects. And OTC🎉

If I talk to my physician about Berberine, they would say you are a quack. 🤣🤣🤣 That's why I'm here.

I am 60 years old and this is the first I have heard of this. This could have helped me decades ago.
  • All this has become true for me in less than a year. Do this for your health it works also lost 65 lbs amazing how the healing effect is so fast
  • I started to take better care of my health when I went beyond my health care provider and listened closely to naturapathic and dietary information from others.

Excellent content!! I presume that you reference talking to your doctor as a disclaimer because most docs wouldn’t have a clue about this. They are pharmaceutically trained and seldom understand how any substance, outside of that, can be beneficial etc. They’re licensing precludes the use of anything non pharmaceutical! It’s a very sad situation. There are few that are willing to practice outside their licensing and legal parameters. This is why patients meet with such strong resistance from a medical doctor. It’s not that they don’t care. They have to legally practice what they were taught and licensed to do. There are exceptions, but very few!

I was at the edge of getting on ozempic, i almost got it. But thank God i found this channel. Now am going to start on bereberine i just ordered THORNE BERBERINE. Just want to loose baby weight after all the effects of giving birth. Am 192lbs and i want to go to 130lbs. Will be updating.

When I told my GI specialist, he had no idea, never heard of BERBERINE and it's use. Not much better with GPs ( general practitioner in UK).. I feel safer reading peer reviewed articles and listening to the videos of the kind . Once you research the narrator's background, you are ready to help yourself when the doctors fail you.

The “consult your physician” inclusion is to add a layer of legal protection as a disclaimer. In turn, most physicians don’t want to recommended or instruct a patient on using a supplement such as Berberine. Why would they though? They wouldn’t be protected from legal action if there was a bad reaction. There are so many supplement companies where quality control and source is unknown. I have had some doctors that won’t discuss at all. Period. Then others I have appreciated who explain they can’t professionally recommend but support your trying. Not all doctors are in the dark ages… it’s unfair to lump them all into one category!
