Winning gets you endorsements and endorsements supplement your income. Mahomes makes the most when you factor in commercials. Taking less to invest in the team to make money from winning isn't foolish.

No one talks endorsements. Mahomes makes like 20 million a year in endorsements. Anyone think that if he didn't have those rings he would still be getting that extra 20 million a year is crazy.

Bruh some of these comments are wild. Even with Nick telling you and a graphic showing that mahomes is still the highest paid, people are saying he's underpaid. And those will be the same people who will say "well the chiefs overpaid mahomes so now he can't get a good team around him."

If 15 hit the open market today the bidding would start at 80 million per year and Jerry Jones would quickly jump that number 100m.

As a Broncos fan I cant stand mahomes.that said he is absolutely underpaid(relative to the insane qb pay scale) based on how stupid good he is and the way he has turned the chiefs around
