RECIPE (5-6 servings, 10min prep time):
    -1 cucumber
    -1/2 pointed cabbage
    Finely dice everything
    Dressing:
    -1 bunch parsley
    -1-2 cloves garlic
    -3 Tbsp olive oil
-1 Tbsp agave or maple syrup
    -1 lemon, juiced
-salt and chili flakes to taste

    -a little water to thin
    Blend until creamy.
Mix with the veggies and I served it with pita chips.

    hear me out.
    a handful of cilantro/coriander
    1 avocado
    3 garlic cloves
    half a lime
    1 shallot
3 heaping spoonfuls of coconut cream or vegan greek yoghurt
1 jalapeño with/without seeds depending on your spice tolerance!

blend it and use it in seitan or tempeh tacos or as a salad dressing. it’s very good!

Except I use Avacado in my dressing and no sweetner, but thats just how i like it. And I add a Jalepeno, and parmesean, and nutritional yeast.

Thank you so much. Every time I look at my food I’m so sick of eating the same thing over and over again. You make me love food again as a vegetarian when watching the videos. But I gonna buy the ingredients thank you so much
  • Having that with some basmati rice, thin tomato slices, all wrapped in pita bread must be really good. Maybe some greek yogurt as well.

Awesome! I wonder what adding some mint would do. I love the combination of cucumber and mint.
  • @tealappeal80
If u add an avocado to this dressing its even better ♡
  • Love that you pinned the recipe. Thank you. You are wonderful ❤️
  • My grandmas special salad will probably always be my favorite. You build a romaine based salad with green onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, and olives if you like (I don’t). Top with fresh croutons and then a vinaigrette of ground mustard seed, fresh Parmesan, tons of garlic, fresh lemon juice, and a very light oil so it doesn’t add much flavor that takes away from it. It’s so good. Very light and weird like it has both tons of flavor and very little flavor. Hard to explain.

my family is obsessed with this salad. we will have it with salmon, and we call it “grinch salad”

Add celery leafy tops. Is good for treating fluid retention and adds a nice peppery flavour

I've made this salad and it's so freaking good and I'm not even a salad person.😍
  • @yubstep
I've made this three times, the third one was for a party and everyone wanted the salad. To the point where someone took the entire bowl home, that was last night lol. Thank you
  • If you don't want a mushy watery salad after it's put in the fridge then remove the cucumbers center where the seeds are.

Looks like some version of Chimichurri dressing. Nice👍🏻
