This is so true! I have makeup of all price points and my favorites are drugstore and I've been in the makeup industry for years!

I've tried and really liked most of these products. As a retired senior, it's wonderful to be able to wear affordable makeup that looks good.

When more people realize this and start buying drugstore then the high end brands will have to rethink their price points because women become smarter.

I ordered this Alter Ego palette before Noon Central Time (they had it available a little early)...I've never splurged on a ND Palette for myself (bought the I Need A Nude Palette for my daughter last Christmas).....mainly because I'm 60 and I rarely wear shimmers. I've been happy with all the Alter Ego Palettes I've bought in the past and for about $20 bucks, worth it!!!! I bought 4 palettes, total was $87----FOUR PALETTES FOR JUST OVER WHAT ONE ND PALETTE IS!!!! My favorite most recent Target purchases have been the Maybelline Lifter LIner (so creamy), the Revolution Skin Silk Foundation and the Revolution Icon Eyeshadow Palette--The Eternal Icon Green!!! 60, Balanced.
