What is Roblox? ROBLOX is an online virtual playground and workshop, where kids of all ages can safely interact, create, have fun, and learn. It’s unique in that practically everything on ROBLOX is designed and constructed by members of the community. ROBLOX is designed for 13 to 18 year olds, but it is open to people of all ages. Each player starts by choosing an avatar and giving it an identity. They can then explore ROBLOX — interacting with others by chatting, playing games, or collaborating on creative projects. Each player is also given their own piece of undeveloped real estate along with a virtual toolbox with which to design and build anything — be it a navigable skyscraper, a working helicopter, a giant pinball machine, a multiplayer “Capture the Flag” game or some other, yet-to-be-dreamed-up creation. There is no cost for this first plot of virtual land. By participating and by building cool stuff, ROBLOX members can earn specialty badges as well as ROBLOX dollars (“Robux”). In turn, they can shop the online catalog to purchase avatar clothing and accessories as well as premium building materials, interactive components, and working mechanisms.

I think I can explain how to play with 2 accounts at once in a way to make the gameplay feel less disorienting as I’ve done this many times before. Playing with two accounts at once will feel weird at first, but it’s mostly just getting a feel for how to do it. You’re gonna want to NOT think of your two accounts as two separate accounts. It’s better if you think of them as different “points” that you can switch with whenever you’d like. Think of it more as a save file you can load at the simple pressing of Alt and Tab with the only difference being that your save file can vary. You’re going to want to pay attention to your “save file” every now and then. Not enough as to that you’re too fixated on it, but enough to keep in the back of your mind what’s going to happen if you switch to it. In the middle of a fight, you don’t wanna be thinking about your “save file” all the time. Just focus on the fighting while keeping a mental note of where your “save file” is and what state it’s in. There are many ways to use two accounts at once, but my favorite is “quick switching” which as the name would suggest, means you’re quickly switching between the two accounts or “save files” while fighting. The general idea of how it works is that you’ll use a quick combo or just a move on one account and if your “save file” is close enough or you lined your combo or whatever up with it, quickly switch to it and continue your assault. The hardest part is breaking out of the mindset that you’re using two accounts, because although you technically are, you are also not two people. You’re still a single individual, just with the ability to swap back and forth with two different positions. Also, huge quality of life, you can make a macro script to press alt and tab at the same time to instantly switch between the two at the press of a button. (I have mine set to the forward button on the side of my mouse) The only problem with quick switching is that you have to get used to feeling like you’re teleporting around. You’ll also have to relearn how to play certain characters if you’re going to be doing this. Also, when you do inevitably get ragdolled while in a fight, don’t just switch to your other save until you’ve done everything you can with your current. This can be evasive or whatever assuming you can at the current state you’re in. This may vary depending on what state your save is in too though, so make sure that mental note is strong. If you literally have nothing you can do, that’s when you switch to your other save. Blah blah blah, this may vary depending on the situation, blah blah blah. Beware though as if you are in a 1v2 (technically speaking), the other player could be attacking your save. Keep that in mind. You’ll get a feel for how and when to switch and what to do during that time. What I should say though before people go out trying this nonsense is that you won’t actually feel like you’re using two accounts. You won’t feel nor fight like two people would (until you get REALLY good). It feels more like an extension. As if you’re 1.5 players instead of 1. The fun part is when you start landing team combos with yourself, but doing this in an actual fight requires A LOT and I mean A LOT of pre-positioning and planning and blah blah blah that’s really hard to do consistently unless you know how your opponent plays and you can see 10 seconds into the future or something. In simple terms, it just comes down to intuition, but when that intuition’s right, OH HO HO HO, IT’S RIGHT. insert team comboing clip montage here Assuming you’re using seperate characters for your two accounts which is recommended to reduce brain frickery, you can pull off crazy team combos with yourself and you will not believe how hard it goes when you land it in a proper fight and not the weakest dummy. It’s like you have two move sets, can insta switch between each, but instead of being limited by one position, you can come in from TWO! You get the joke? Anyways, what I’m trying to say is that this way of playing the game is REALLY fun and gives some godly clips, but getting to that state takes nonstop hours of practice. You’re effectively forced into a skill with a ceiling that combines not only one character, but two and at the same time. You’re effectively playing TSB^2 when you do this and that correlates to the new skill ceiling you’re putting yourself under. At first, it’ll feel like you’re handicapping yourself when you do this, but with enough determination, willpower, and VIGOR, you can pull some of the most clip worthy moments that although are rare, makes you feel like a literal GOD. Personally, I like using metal bat and saitama for my two accounts- I mean saves, because they’re my favorite characters, but to be perfectly honest, sonic and genos would probably pair better with enough practice. I actually shouldn’t even be saying any of this because I myself only have like a week’s worth of experience playing like this and I still feel handicapped whenever I do. Also, one last thing. Dealing with teamers while playing two accounts at once will either SEVERELY NERF you or help you out. There’s no in between to my experience. Obviously, there are a lot of different strategies and methods when it comes to how to deal with teamers while playing on two accounts at once, but I’m too noob at this still so don’t expect anything from me.
