Cassette tape song has been solved! It is Żyj szybko i giń by Roman Kostrzewski, @Zendion_ is the person who identified it. Sadly, Roman passed away in early 2022. May he rest in peace ❤ You can listen to the song in full quality here: https://youtube.com/watch?v=F01yuWwlEaI

Reddit users never disappoint with how weird their names are.

The whipped cream one instantly made me think of Grizzly Tales even before that was checked, solely because the concept of "fat boy dies from eating whipped cream" is pretty much par for the course for that show. It was so over the top for it's gruesome punishments for kids I'm surprised how it was ever allowed to air.

the moment Moonlight Sonata dropped during the whipped cream psa was PRIME comedy

One thing that sucks is having the memory of watching a thing as a toddler that made you feel disturbed or scared but growing up and having no clue what it even was. Remembering the feeling you got from it rather than what you were watching.

BrundleflyUrinalCake is an unHINGED name and I love it

when i remember weird and obscure things from my childhood i dont get scared as much as i feel empty and sad, it makes me think about all the unique and strange things i consumed and loved as a kid, and the fact that alot of obscure things I saw will always be lost to me and in some cases the entire world, its harrowing. It's an especially strong feeling when it comes to some weird ps2 game or demo disc I played, thinking about all the work people put into media like this just for it to be forgotten by everyone is a downer.

When the missing character from title screen came up, I said “that’s a tumblr post!!!!” So I was gonna be sure that this person created a false memory. But it’s definitely plausible that the tumblr tags and reblogs had examples of that in real shows so I believe the person a little more lol

Regarding the empty show: sorry if someone pointed this out already but there is a great 1940’s movie called The Red Shoes that features an extended ballet performance halfway through and then (spoilers for an 80 year old movie) after the main ballerina dies tragically, the film ends with the piece being performed again in it’s entirety but without the main character and the camera just following empty space. It’s super eerie and I thought it was pretty ballsy for the time. Second edit: just rewatched the ending - again - and my memory was correct except it’s not the entire 15 minute performance and it’s intercut with other stuff. It hits really hard emotionally though, I guess that’s why I remembered it being longer.
  • The “empty show” sounds like something out of a satirical comedy skit. I couldn’t get “and then there’s Chunky! He’s dead.” out of my head the whole time I was watching this though.

With regard to Pingu there was a trend for a while in Scandinavia where you would redub children's cartoons, Disney movies (Pocahontas dub is the most famous one from this era), postman Pat and specifically Pingu. Where the Pingu ones were specifically quite harsh and some of them were also stop-motion animations and I remember watching some of them and a lot of them were Swedish, so I would imagine maybe searching the Scandinavian side of YouTube might get results

The Pingu lost media could be from the 90s TV series MADtv. They did a segment called Clops where famous claymation characters did terrible things, and then were apprehended by the police. It was set in the style of the television show cops.

FOR THE THIRD ENTRY: I did take 40 mins and looked through all the replies and previews for comments and tags in the reblogs on tumblr. Commented over on Reddit, but the only anime I found listed that OP hasn't already disproved were Devil Survivor 2: The Animation (end credits sequence), Kamen Rider Ex-aid, Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphan, Madoka Magica, and then Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood (although I really doubt it was that one). I imagine if it was any of these it was OP misremembering and mixing memories maybe with the tumblr post and another anime, as I'm not sure how many if any of these are similar to what they described. Other redditors had already suggested most on this list, also, and OP never got back. So we wait and see.

I think a lot of found music belongs to unknown or local bands who probably have very little about them online. My mom dated a drummer when I was a kid, and I met a lot of local bands during that time. The most famous band was Slightly Stoopid. Unfortunately, a lot of awesome music by other bands has gone missing and a lot of them only seem to exist in my memory. But there are definitely old CDs somewhere of various with the music I haven't heard since I was a kid. I'll bet my mom has a lot of old CDs.
  • @isaiahmartinez.
For the whipped cream one it sounds like that one clip from family guy when “diabeto” asks for a cookie and the mom says no then he rolls away
  • @avaedwards1662
the eerie show may be a false memory inspired by tumblr post by erarg where they say “sitcom where the people gradually get killed off and their spot in the opening theme is replaced with dead silence”
  • @Guzuma
oh my gosh….i’m the OP of the last one!! i’m a huge fan of your channel so seeing my post in your video was so surreal!!!
  • As soon as I heard the sitcom with opening having empty spots when a character died, I immediately knew it from that tumblr post. I recall someone replying to it with something like “I think your definition of a sitcom is different than mine”
