I really love that Alucard got his own "You must be the Belmont" moment.

Alucard just misses trolling Trevor so much he waits for each of his descendants to be on the brink of utter defeat to save and then lowkey-taunt them. Genius !

Alucard went from Gold to Platinum for real. Straight up ethereal.

"I am Alucard, son of Dracula, and if you fight me, you will die" simple, cold, badass.
  • @Vesperitis
“If you fight me, you will die, like thousands of vampires before you.” Not a threat. Not a boast. But a statement of blunt, simple fact.

Alucard was probably just eating, talking with his dolls when he suddenly stands up. "My Belmont sense is tingling!"
  • I love the shock and disbelief on Drolta's face as that sword pierced her heart, an ancient vampire of her status was defeated in an instant by a vampire barely a few hundred years old, no grand moment, it was over in an instant and she wasn't even an afterthought. She obviously suffered from a superiority complex in that she was used to fighting helpless mortals and never fought against someone that powerful before.

“I’m Alucard, son of Dracula, and if you fight me, you will die.” He was an icon, he was a legend, he was THE MOMENT

I love the little "hmm" he gives when he says "and on the brink of utter defeat." Three hundred years after he fought Dracula and Death with Trevor and Sypha, and you can tell he's smiling on the inside at the thought of getting to fight alongside a Belmont again.

Whether your one of those people who is disappointed in this show, somebody who had a great time with this show, or somewhere in between, you cannot deny that THIS scene was awesome.

Just when all hope seemed lost, Alucard (son of the most terrifying vampire ever) appears as the salvation to all humanity. The shot at 1:17 and the music just captures the moment so well, it's utterly breathtaking.

My God seeing Alucard appear felt like seeing a friend you've missed seeing for years. PLEASE Netflix make a season 2 of this and don't cancel like other shows 😭

The eclipse perfectly symbolizes who and what Alucard is. The product of a rare meeting between light and dark. Love the shot where he's in front of it.

This is the Alucard I grew up loving as a character. He isn't just an immortal badass, he's a mythical hero with otherworldly power.

What I really love about this scene is how much Alucard’s intimidation methods contrast Dracula’s in Targoviste and yet they produce the same results. Like father, like son I guess lol
  • @TicTacPilgrim
Season 1: "Evil always wins..." Season 2: "...and hope never dies."
  • “I am Alucard.” Love the pure fear that simple statement brings to all the other vampires. This is the son of the world’s most legendary vampire, who defeated his father alongside the last Belmont and a potent sorceress. And he just casually dropped a demoness who was outmatching a Belmont, two magicians and a knight. No wonder they don’t want any part of what he can bring.

Alucard's design in this show is the exact the same design they use to portray him in Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. Such nostalgia....

They did their homework on alucard. Hes literally the belmont family's guardian angel, their protector, their friend. The one who shows up when stuffs going rough.
