Can it be? A trailer that shows just enough to hook your interest without completely spoiling the film? Inconceivable!
  • It's funny how she didn't want to go outside into the neighborhood alone and leave the house but she clearly has no problem with walking into the dark and creepy basement.
  • After seeing this movie, (and being 100% confused and grossed out by it) i can confidently say that this trailer was done incredibly well. it gives literally nothing away, it's taken random scenes from the movie and made it seem like its a completely different plot than what it actually is.

That AJ guy did not have the fear of God the way he casually went measuring down the basement 🤣
  • No one ever discovers a hidden door in a unknown house and explores it....would have run for the hills when I heard footsteps

This is a great film. The trailer doesn´t gives away the actual story. Amazing. 10/10
  • I love Bill Skarsgård and I also love that Justin Long seems to be getting the comeback he deserves! This movie was great.
  • Finally a movie trailer where I have absolutely zero idea what’s going on and is still intense and quite honestly, HYPE.

This is called a real trailer. No revelation of the suspense at all which makes the curiosity to watch the movie.
  • It’s crazy that Zach from The Whitest Kids You Know made a film like this that’s so well received. Haven’t seen it yet but I’m stoked as hell. I’m so proud of what he’s accomplished. RIP Trevor, but their success is living in through the other members.
  • Man this movie nailed the tension, scares and pacing. Really adored how they wrapped up the disparate storylines together in the last half.
  • After seeing this movie twice and revisiting this trailer, it’s clear how effective this trailer is at giving nothing away and how cleverly it pulls bits and pieces out of the context of the storyline and put them together in a way that makes you think you’re getting one thing, but end up with something completely different. And that’s how a trailer should be done.

Love the last shot of the house. So eerie. You never know what goes on in someone else’s home.

I was impressed with this movie. Was expecting a ghost or haunting type story but was pleasantly surprised by this movie's twist. 8/10

Making a good horror movie is no easy task and I was entertained from the beginning to the end, I just wish it was a bit longer, well done guys.
  • Wow this looks quite interesting. And finally a trailer that doesn't spoil. Just make sure to not watch the second trailer, normally those spoil.

Bill Skarsgård and Justing Long? Hell, this is gonna be amazing. I don't care if this is a bad movie! I like both.
  • Now, this is how you make a horror movie. It's intense, creepy. It's has a solid plot with outstanding character's that you get attached to. I would say it's one of the best Horror films in the last decade quite easily. Just brilliant from start to finish. If you're looking for a Horror film that's original then this is it. 10/10

First half was horror, second half was comedy but moderately enjoyable 👌 I laughed so hard at Justin Long 🤣
