I am 40 years old and 10 years ago I changed my lifestyle. I started doing physical activity, eating healthy, drinking lots of water, not canned foods or sausages, taking care of my skin, my weight, etc. I also read self-help books that Help me improve as a person. I learned to let go of what hurt me, be tolerant and love myself. My greatest motivation is my son who now follows in my footsteps. Everything is possible if we have discipline.🎉❤

I’m 31 years old. Over the past two years I’ve changed my life. With hard work, dedication and focus. I began exercising everyday and waking up early and making my bed. It wasn’t fun every day. Some days I didn’t want to go. But I still did. And it’s paying off now. I’m thankful for the will I’ve had to keep going. My friends don’t understand me. They just want to play golf, smoke dope and drink beer. I like to play golf but now I look at them and see the old me. Out of shape mentally and physically. It’s a reminder to keep going. I ask them to join me but you can’t force someone to change. They have to come to that themselves.

I'm 65 years old, I've got maybe on average 20 more years to live. But when you're in your 20's or 30's you've got the rest of your life, please don't waste it. I've got too many would've, could've and should'ves in my life. Anything worthwhile in life takes effort and if you don't put forth the work and effort you will not have it. I look back on my life and have so many regrets, don't be like me.

Wow! Who's watching in 2024? Who's ready with Eddie? ❤
  • I'm up between 4 and 6am daily.I let my dogs out and my cat in and have a couple of cups of tea. I get my running gear on usually when its still dark and head out the door for a 10 to 15 kilometre fasted run. I'm 57 I've been happily married for 37 years and raised 6 kids. I took up running at 40 after quitting smoking (a habit from aged 13). I now run marathons (36)and Ultra marathons. (8) I started with half marathons (31). My mum died at 57 from smoking related illnesses. You can do anything if you set your mind to it. A little self discipline goes a long way.
  • What I got from this content is about "Maximize the miracle we have everyday" cause sometime, we often neglect some of answered prayers we received because we are thinking too much about the things we don't have yet. Take a pause and have a grateful heart to acknowledge what's on our hands and be motivated to strive more using them. 🔥
  • I accidentally stumbled upon this video and I know now it wasn't an accident it was God speaking to me through you. Thank you You see I'm not a public person and I don't do this but as you speak of the women who got up on stage and read her poetry for the first time with the 2 things you had noticed I can relate to the shaking hands determined yet terrified. Thank you and God bless 🙏

Investment in stocks is a great way to invest your money. The team is constantly checking the market for changes and make sure that you are always informed about the best time to invest. As a result, I have made more money than ever before, and I don't have to manage my portfolio on my own! Invest in stocks, it's worth it!
  • This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my YouTube channel 11 months ago about self development. Now I have 2,048 subs and > 2k hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I could haven’t learned without getting started in the 1st place.
  • How have I not come across Eddie before?! The way he speaks is so profound yet easy to digest. It’s like there was a team of motivational writers helping him write this beautiful prose! I got lost in this while at work, helping me clean up my daily duties. I subscribed too!
  • Amen... not one word contradict this message. What a pleasure in this time on the planet to hear and feel the truth.
