Clicking on this I was 100% excited about hearing a mortician screwup story how someone came back to life after getting buried in their grave. Probably should lay off the horror movies for a bit.

Corporations pay billions a year for insurance on stuff like this. He should get a massive payout. I’ve seen family members who were not the same after much minor accidents.

God bless him. He hopefully will get a huge settlement and be able to have a peaceful, wonderful life going forward. He sounds like a great guy no blame in his voice how words are not filled with anger but has a definite desire to live !

This was one of the weirdest Dave Ramsey conversations. They were like talking to him so weird. They were like you didn't win the lottery, like the poor injured guy was being greedy or something and then they were like your never going back to Percocet are you, like the caller's a drug addict or something.

I really wish him the best I was a Union Carpenter myself; after my injury (minor) they greeted Mr back a told "safety" to kick me off the site; they did. Afterwards I was essentially blackballed. I lost everything. Went thru a bout of depression, worked at a cheese house afterwards. I regret none of it. There was a rainbow that the end of it all. :)

Buried alive? Talk about one of the biggest fears! Hopefully his surgeries go well and he gets something in a settlement.

I tore my rotator cuff 20 years ago. If he tore both then he is not "whole" and in the future he will make different decisions.
