With the recent release of the Indigo Disk, we've seen Deoxys Speed and Darkrai drop from Ubers, down into the OU tier for the first time, and we see the affects of it sharply now, but in National Dex, why won't Deoxys Speed be dropping? With Darkrai being suspect tested, this question has arised from a few players, and this video is to clear up how it'd affect the metagame, and how it'd function amongst a team in OU. Darkrai’s signature move was nerfed in Gen 7. Also, albeit for a brief time, Deoxys and all of its forms were in OU in Gens 5 and 6.

Regular OU has too many bulky offensive threats for deo-s rn. I imagine it could go from UU to Ubers if a few were banned.
